I have a lot to say about my workout log; why I keep it, and what I keep in it. I decided to start sharing pages now and then, because it helps explain what I find important about my free ranging, and why I find the current focus on data (heart rate, weight, speed, distance blah blah blah) so off the mark. I'll be filling you in all this soon. I love my log, and will be encouraging you to make your own! Starting your own log, (paper and/or electronic) is a great way to keep track of favorite workouts, what you saw, felt and experienced while you were out there.
