ahhhh....Time for a Real Treat!
Part of Every Successful Workout Plan includes the rewards you get for all your hard work. These include the innumerable small rewards you get every day from feeling great, scratching the shaggy head of a sweet dog, chatting with a neighbor or seeing a sunrise. But sooner or later (and the sooner the better, we think!) you're going to need, want and deserve a reward for getting your butt out there and working so hard. Consider keeping a list of things you like. These can include experiences or indulgences. The best rewards,though, are the ones that reflect and celebrate your commitment to working out! That's why in this space we'll be providing small items you can give yourself, or give your workout friend(s) as rewards. Enjoy!
